As a celebration of Black History Month, the National Museum of Dance is featuring a special photography exhibit done by local artist, Daesha Devon Harris, entitled "I've Got a Home: Inside a Community of Color." The exhibit features photography of African American residents "who probably won't get mentioned in local history books." According to Harris, "it is important to me to explore the history that is typically never told or acknowledged." The museum will hold a special Black History Month Celebration on Sunday, February 26th from 2-4 p.m.
